Because my wide coding experience (also here ) gives me a right that I can advice you that if you'd really like to have a well designed , friendly , smart Ms Access software with full functionality then it's just under this budget I've made here($750 - but I see freelancer added here a fee) and comfortable delivery time for two weeks, Believe me - that will be a very normal deal for your current project.
