Create Simple Access App -- URL Ping

We need someone to work with us to create a pretty simply Microsoft Access application. The app is simple. It will allow the user to import email addresses from a simple CSV file with one column (email). It will have a form, displaying the email addresses, and containing a text box with a series of URLs on each line, such as: [login to view URL][[email]] [login to view URL][[email]] When the user clicks a button, the app will begin recursively going through each URL (replacing the email address with the entry from the table) and visiting it in an embedded browser window (or through a background URL call). The app will constantly refresh the screen (DoEvents) to show the progress so far. The app should also easily handle upward of 300,000 records.
