Access database to track time off

I am looking for an Access database to track time off. I need to be able to enter general Information about an employee. Then enter their start date and the date we add time off for them. For instance if they are eligible for 2.5 days off starting six months from now, it needs to flag us when to add those days. It then needs to keep track of the next add date and notify us when that day arrives. Also we need to put in the date and hours of any time off used. It needs to keep vacation, sick days, and flexible time off. I will need a monthly report to show who used how much of each category and a screen with the employee summary of available time on it.
