Access database setup, populate and append data.

See attached Excel workbook DatabaseSpec.xls. On the tab "Tables" are high level requirements for a number of tables and sample data. The main table is tblExpenses. On tab "Example" is an example of a spreadsheet. In this case it stretches up to row 22. Below that is an import and append scheme, which I will discuss below. 1) I want a database in 2007 or 2010 format with the set of tables mentioned on tab "Tables". Approriate field formats and sizes, should be deduced from the example data in the tables under the headings and the given example on the "Example" tab. The ID fields should be key fields and auto numbered. Text fields should not allow duplicates, except for the tblExpenses where duplicates are OK. Tables are to be populated with the example data. 2) Forms to populate the tables, should be provided. A form in single form format must be provided to view the data in tblExpenses, but should display corresponding text values instead of the ID'd contained in the fields. 3) Excel spreadsheets similar to the example given, but which may contain a different number of records have to be appended to tblExpenses. For that purpose supply A form and VBA code (including tables and queries if necessary) as required to browse for the file to import and append the data to the tblExpenses. NOTE THAT THE YELLOW section on tab "Example" demonstrates how the data from the spreadsheet must map onto the tblExpenses. See for instance that the Licensee field will be populated with the Lic_ID from the tblLicensees. 4) Access 2003 or 2007 or 2010 is acceptable. Please state what you will provide.
