Access Project - including queries, vba and dynamic reporting

I have an Access (2003) project that has been partially completed?probably approx 50%. The database currently has approx 25 tables, 30 queries (a variety of select, crosstab and union), 4 forms and some VBA. The output is going to be 4 reports. One of these is partially completed, approx 80%. The tables and forms are set up. These have to remain as they are and cannot be changed (layout that is. Form coding can be changed if it is required). The reports that need to be created will be dynamic. The forms allow the user to select up to 4 yearly quarters and these will be the column headings on the reports and the headings can therefore change or the user might only want to show 1 quarter, therefore only 1 column is required**. ** However, the rest of the report layout has to remain the same, regardless of the number of columns. Some queries still need writing, some might require amendments or total re-writing. This requires a very quick turnaround, the person previously working on this project has failed to complete it and the deadline is fast approaching, so time is now against me. **Please, if you cannot commit to completing this within the allotted time, do not bid.**** ** ## Deliverables There will have to be a lot of communication between myself and the chosen coder as there are things that I will have to explain as we go along. It's not complicated, but probably better explained when you have the database in front of you with the queries etc to view. I require a process document for the completed project. What queries are run and when, how the reports are produced etc. Any VBA has to be commented. Also, you need to be available for a after completion in case we run in to any problems and/or in case we require amendments or have general queries. Any additional work afterwards will be posted as a new project but of course awarded to the same person. I think the hardest part of this project is understanding my requirements and getting up to speed with what has already been done.
