Access Database Macro

I have three tables, CMTR, ATPtbl and Events. The form is on the CMTR table. When someone chooses a certain event I want it to update the date on the ATPtbl for that PID.
I have added a more detailed version of the Database. I would like the following things.
1. On the form when PID or FullName is chosen I would like the form to fill in the other from PID or Fullname in addition to filling in Rank, Duty, birthmonth from the Personel Table.
2. Each Event corresponds to a field in the ATPtbl. I would like the date or number filled in when the event is chosen.

Hello! apparently, you have to change your database structure, set the correct connection between the tables, then the macro is not required. But in any case, I can help you
I can make the job easly but I must say that the db, as it is now, doesn't support the rules of a relational database and therefore future changes might be more difficult to be done. (just for your information)
