An analog wall clock to be programmed

I want a simple analog wall clock to be programmed to stop working properly once an hour. I want the second hand to start skipping seconds and moving backwards and then spinning around in a circle. I want the clock to seem broken for roughly one minute before acting normally again until the next hour. The clock does not need to keep time.
