Requirements: Design a ceramic beverage container capable of containing 16 ounces of fluid. The fluid may be very cold (like a frozen drink) or very hot (like boiling water). You must pick a specific ceramic material and provide the material properties including density, general cost, color, etc., as well as the mechanical properties including yield and ultimate strength. This also includes providing strength, creep, fatigue, fracture, and ductility as a function of temperature. You must also replace the material with a metallic material and provide the same information as you did for the ceramic. Compare the properties and manufacturing methods for producing the container and suggest the best one. In addition, provide an explanation on how to improve the mechanical properties of the two materials using the 5 strengthening mechanisms.
