Clustering and Classification of Equipment amended

I have a project to detect equipment health. I have an Excel file that contains all the parameters of the equipment. It might contain about 100 rows and 30 columns. Each row is a data record from an equipment and each column is a parameter. The last column is the "Class". I need the MATLAB program to read Excel data and classify the data based using "Trees", preferably Rotation Forest and J48. The MATLAB program should be able to train and test using different excel files (databases). The program should have options to use either Rotation Forest (trees) or SVM. Please give option to select and use either of these 2 classifiers. The second part is to do a clustering on the data from excel file using Fuzzy C means and provide an output. More details are given in the attached project requirement file. I am willing to assist and provide necessary inputs whenever necessary during the project execution.
