I am required to allocate capital to a combination of projects and find the combination that brings back more profit.. say i have 40 projects in total, i have to find their combinations(from probability),allocate capital to those combinations then find the combinations with the best profit, i can only use the initial amount given to me, the profit should never be allocated to any combination in the later stage,
