Analyse and compare graphically two audio signals on MATLAB.

I need a simple graphical representation and comparison of a few audio signals which can be performed on MATLAB. I have made two reverberation C codes and have to compare their accuracy with each other as compared to original sound. One is Convolution based output and other is normal mathematical reverberation applied to an audio. This could include comparing signals with different sampling rate, comparing the frequency content of the signals, signal strength at a sampling frequency etc. Impulse response needs to be compared by Dirac pulse to check casualties. If you are good with MATLAB and know how to compare signals, it'll be a simple task for you. Please let me know.
