This would take between 3-7 days depending upon any literature survey if required and if any similar algorithm is not found and has to be forged from scratch. I'd do the survey myself and that's included in my bid. I've been doing Matlab projects like research paper validations, algorithm implementations, university assignments for the past four years. I've worked on image processing tools and feel that it would suffice this project along with an appropriate logic.
