Brochure Redesign

My client had a professional brochure designed that went with the KSI brand, and the client loved it. Please see the attached brochure and inserts that went in the back of the brochure. Now, the product line has changed, and their main machine is now an SQX machine. I need an estimate for a brochure redesign to something that would have the same information as the attached brochure and line cards, but could be printed in house by the client on a color copy machine capable of 11 x 17 or 12 x 18 (to be trimmed to full bleed 11 x 17). I'm looking for a vendor to assist with the graphics design to be done in Photoshop and/or Illustrator CS3. I'm not gifted with the graphics design. The project did not get sent to the original PR firm because the client has a very limited budget in the current economy. We're looking for a high quality design that fits on 11 x 17 (full bleed) in 1 to 4 pages (which when folded in half and saddle stitched makes 4 to 16 letter sized pages) The goal is to stuff the machine inserts (which also need to be re-designed to fit on a double sided letter page) in the back of the main company brochure, and use it as a make shift proposal folder. I can explain this further if you have any confusion. We wish to stay with the colors, and design of the attached brochure and inserts because they go with the brand very well. I can provide the pictures of the equipment, and logos. This project is for a relative of mine, so I'm required to keep the cost down. The client wants the pricing to be less than $150 for the design. So please no bids higher than that. The client is also in a hurry to have this done before a show in the next few weeks. We also request to be sent the Illustrator or Photoshop native files so the client can change the machine specifications (which change monthly). To be clear, I'm looking for Graphics Design to create: 1 main company brochure (see KSI Brochure attached) 2 Individual Machine Information sheets (one for the SM machine, the other for the SQX machine) For less than $150 In about 1 week Thank you!
