Project: Drink It Prototypes
We are looking for manufacturers to produce our packaging for our new drinking game and also for the game its self.
We are looking for quotes to build 2 x building block game prototypes. The game is called Drink it.
The game is played like Jenga, a series of blocks stacked on one another. The player pulls the block and follow the direction on the bottom of the block.
1. The package will be shaped like a beer bottle and we will provide the graphics. The dimension of the block are indicated below and the package must be made to accommodate the blocks. Please indicate if you have any capabilities to also produce packaging for this game. We are open to possible materials that can be used for this, but were thinking about a hard cardboard might work best. The top half of the beer bottle would pop off to access the bricks inside.
The following is what is required for the prototype 1 for the blocks and the package needs to be made to fit these dimensions:
- 51 x wooden blocks (colored): Dimensions: 1” wide, 3 ½” length, ¾” depth
- Blocks need to be printed with colored text both sides (logo one side and an instruction on the other side - we will provide the design logo/text for each block)
The following is what is required for the prototype 2:
- 51 x wooden blocks (colored): Dimensions: 3” wide, 6” length, 1 1/2" depth
- Blocks need to be printed with colored text both sides (logo one side and an instruction on the other side - we will provide the design logo/text for each block)
We also need bids for the packaging, Art files can be email as necessary for accurate quotes.
Whats required from bidders:
1. Cost estimates for Prototype 1 and 2
2. Lead times for Prototype 1 and 2
3. Capacity to mass produce this game. Would like an idea of unit cost for both Prototypes if mass produced. Volume categorized unit costing will be adequate, e.g. 1-100 units, 200-500 units, 500-1,000 units, 1,000 + units, etc)
4. Shipping Times, capability and cost for shipping the prototype and for shipping the units on mass.
Additional:
We prefer to have the ability to speak to you over the phone if necessary, but this is not a requirement.
Thank you in advance for your interest in working with us on this exciting project. We look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely
The Drink It Team
