basic doubts about Magento store

I need an assessor. I have a few question about Magento and I can't spend time with foruns.
I need to solve basic problems:
• create a cron for my 2 sitemaps
• protect folders and database using password
• remove spaces in the main layout
• install seals in the footer page
• learn how to publish my itens using Google Shopping
• show stars (rich snippets) on Google searches
• undelete (or unhidden) my CMS pages (they still work but they disappeared)
and a few other questions about the template of the store. It's not just 'tell me your password and I will fix it'. I need someone to tell me *comment this, edit that and upload it*. It will be easy for Magento specialists.
