Complete setup for a demo Magento site

We have a demo website - have been setup on a demo hosting.
Now we need to move the demo site to our hosting and complete:
- Setup the website under it domain.
- Setup magento plugin:
+ to speed up the website
+ setup postage plugin
- Setup payment method:
+ Paypal
+ Visa/Master card payment
- Remove [login to view URL] from all pages as per description here: [login to view URL]
- Remove some menus from the static blocks ( we don't need those menu from the ready made template).
