Your Job is not set template header, footer 2. Setup product, catogery page 3. Add Static blocks for content , Category on home page 4. Setup the presentation of product on homepage and innerpage. 5. Setting Up freight carrier if needed - In short you have to do all the front end settings to make the website complete 2nd Part Checking all the extension currently installed and get them work properly with template. you have to install 2 extension (Checkout & OrderUpload) at the end.
