Billings (manufactured by marketcircle) is a billing software for Mac OS X. I need to have one invoice template adjusted in design to a Word invoice to make invoices created by billings look similar to the ones created in Word.

I will provide you with the software and the Word template.

You need to have access to Mac OSC to be able to fulfill the job, of course.

I have added the screenshot of the template editor that is built-in into "Billings".
