APP needed Wi-Fi project with infrared signals to Air Conditioners

At this time we have a hardware device and the associated software (app) to control a split system air conditioner. Put the device (black box) in the same room as the air conditioner load up the app and one is able to control the air conditioner via their smart phone. It was designed for the home user using the Wi-Fi network. We wish to commercialize the software such that it is able to select and control more than one air conditioner. The manager of a resort would be able to turn on or off each & every air conditioner from the front desk. In addition, the software would be able to group one or more air conditioners such that the manager could turn off more than one. Groups could include West side, odd number rooms, second floor etc. Taking it to the next step would be to program the software such that it would control the air conditioners at various times. If check out was at 10AM the manager could turn off all the air conditions at 10:10, or turn them off at 3am and back on at 5am. We see the software being both manual operation and set and forget (as per our checkout time above) As mentioned the hardware is developed and the app is also developed for the single user or single air conditioner. We have the facilities to test both the hardware and software locally.
