I need an illustration of a male urban character. it should be cartoonish and appealing, some thing that will have people looking at it for a long time. there are some requirements that i do want in its design. i want him to be wearing some baggy jeans, loose tshirt, some black/white sneakers and a fitted hat being worn backwords. with his amrs crossed. if possible i would like to see a rough mockup, since im really looking for a specific style, and the closest one will be awarded the project to develope and complete the final design. Budget is $500
