Corporate Logo - Real Estate Investments 1

We are a property investment company that specializes in commercial/retail/industrial & large scale residential property investment + development We require a corporate company logo, simple, sophisticated and elegant. The company name is MultiView Our core functions are: 1) Forming property syndicates/funds & developments 2) Asset/property management and adding value to existing properties Our customers/clients are corporations, business owners, property owners/investors The logo would ideally reflect the above. It should encompass the following: 1)The company name followed by a logo or the logo followed by the company name 2)The logo can comprise of the letters m & v either in upper or lower case or something else 3)If the letters m & v are interspersed they can either be horizontal or vertical 4)A maximum of 2 Colours should be used one of them black (no greens or pastel colours) 5)The letters can form a subtle image of a profile of perhaps a building/warehouse etc, though this is not critical 6)The logo will include the font for the company name and both the font and logo should be able to be used on all stationery items incl. but not limited to letterheads, business cards, envelopes, email signature, comp slips etc 7)The finalised project will include relevant Colours for use in print and computer systems e.g web, email 8)The logo will not be a circle or triangle design but can incorporate squares, rectangles etc or the shape of the letters 9)The logo will be either 2D or 3D 10)Examples like Deutsche Bank would be a good starting point although this is too bland 11)Remember the company name is MultiView so a logo to show and emphasize that we view properties from different angles is what we are trying to convey 12)The name of the company can be a solid colour in upper/lower or title case or alternatively in separate colours e.g multi in colour A & view in colour B, to match the logo. The font should be a clean, strong & easily recognisable
