Company Logo From Provided Sketch - ASAP

I need my company logo designed as soon as possible based off of the sketch I have provided. I do not want to change the look too much, just basic obvious cleaning up of the image and any artistic help is appreciated. I need the sketch put into high quality computer file format so that I can have it added to our company documents, website, and printed onto our company shirts without any blow-up blurry problems. Color would be nice too, although I don't know that it is necessary. Please note that there are male and female characters on the sketch.
