I would like to have developed an aMSN plugin which is able to send AND receive WINKS. aMSN plugins are written with TCL/TK so a good knowledge of this programming language is required. I have seen implemented only a limited receive functionality into the KMESS project, uses Linux cabextract to unpack the received WINKS and shows the picture and flash animation inside. The plugin must be able to also send WINKS, at an initial development stage I will accept only sending out WINKS which was received from other chat parties (cached ones). I have been screwed twice by now for a big amount of money so I will not accept venture or self learning programming in this project, also bidder must agree to send out daily progress status and plugin has to be delivered BEFORE I paid. Please do not bid if you do not agree on ALL of my terms.
