Dedicated server being infected/hacked, request PROFESSIONAL cleanup

It seems todday i have been infected or hacked so my server ip went on RBL's
Beside that, i have notorious messages that i don't have free space, but that is not true, including free inodes.
After 2 hours seem's that IMAP/SMTP stopped to work.
I would need someone to locate source of infection/problem

Check what is going on with mail services.
I have much information i can pass, first relay occurances in log, scanning reports of ASL many stuff that would be helpfull for someone who will do job.
Now my mail services are off and for the time of work they will need to be disabled olso, i do not want to go to next RBL's.
I need someone very professionall who knows what he is doing.
