Create a custom Linux OS that only runs Network Manager

I want a custom Linux OS that can only run Network Manager and one particular script. It should be based on Debian Linux. But I want it to boot up and only run 1 program only. The program lets the user choose their WiFi network. This is a script which runs a Tor Ethernet router and shares it with a 2nd computer over Ethernet crossover. I want you to create an OS which simply strips away everything from the user, and only lets them choose their network. Upon choosing their network, they should then press a button that runs the above script. It should then switch over to the 2nd computer which is connected via a KVM switch. The 2nd computer is just a fully fledged Linux machine where the entire computer is routed via Tor. So, to summarise, I want you to create a customised Linux Debian OS, which does only 3 things: 1. Lets the user choose their WiFi network. 2. Runs the Tor router script. 3. Switches over to the 2nd computer via KVM switch or similar. Thanks
