Create Virtualbox VM with Ubuntu and install software

To create a portable installation of V-REP PLAYER, I need a Virtualbox VM with the following requirements:
- VM based on latest version of Virtualbox
- Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (64bit) with latest version of V-REP PLAYER installed
- When booting up the VM, V-REP should start automatically without any user interaction needed
- When closing the V-REP application (or on a crash of the V-REP application), the VM should shut down immediately
- The user should not be able to do anything else than interacting with V-REP
- The VM should only contain the bare minimum (i.e.: no applications like browsers, games, etc) to keep file size and memory requirements to a minimum
- a shared folder with the Windows 7 (or higher) host, enabling me to read/write files from within the VM (i.e.: you should be able to open a V-REP scene on the shared folder
- performance of V-REP in the VM should be comparable with V-REP in the host (i'll give a step by step instruction how to open an example scene)
Deliverables:
- VM in Open Virtualization Format (.ova/.ovf)
- Step by step instructions (text or even better: youtube video) that allows me to recreate the exact same VM
