Create IT-Management Setup Script

I'd like to have my IT-Environment Setup with one of the following technologies:

The IT-Environemnt is build from:
- Mail in a box vm - [login to view URL] which runs postfix, dovecot, owncloud, nginx
- Gitlab - [login to view URL]
- Several Gitlab runners
- A Router and Firewall VM/Container which also serves as a proxy
- A dev Server running devpi
- A log Server which collects the logs from the other systems and runs logcheck as well as munin or some similar system to show the load on the system
The available infrastructure is a XenServer 6.5. The task may be achived using VM's or Containers or a combination of it. If using Containers consider using CoreOS and/or Kubernetes.
The whole stack shall perform a backup to google cloud storage using the gsutil tool. [login to view URL]
It shall be possible to rebuild the whole Environment by just running the setup script which shall also get back the data from the backup.
There are two tasks which id like to have done:
Current Task: Write a specification for the system, which shows in detail which software you are going to use and how the system works. Please also elaborate on security and what precautions are taken to make the system secure.
Future Tasks (not part of the current bid): Build the system as specified above. (Changes are good that you get this task, if you do well for the first one :-)
