Building Email servers, Chef Scripting, Documentation

I would like to have someone work with me on a project to set up and configure postfix servers to send my company mailings. We are shooting for 1 million emails a month, therefore we will need to use several servers. I would like the task to be scripted using chef [login to view URL] to ease future deployments. Furthermore, every aspect needs to be clearly documented and explained. Thus we are seeking: Server configuration Scripting Documentation The server will be a secured outgoing server, with also considerations put in place to improve our mailing reputation and avoid spam filters. In your proposal, please clearly specify any experience you have with creating such systems, and using softwarae such as Postfix and Chef.
