Write a clean, modular, robust set of bash scripts that patches the kernel on a stock Arch Linux installation running on a Raspberry Pi 2 (ARM7V). You will need to have a Raspberry Pi 2 handy for testing. It is preferable to perform the kernel compilation on a desktop machine, so the script set must also cover the toolchain fetching, installation, and execution on the build machine, as well as any file transfers that may be involved among the Raspberry Pi and the build machine.
