We have several OS Commerce shops on a Linux server that is using Cpanel. We have been using a shared SSL certificate for the checkout process on these shops. It has been working fine for over a year, but now the cart contents are being deleted when moving from the unsecure page to the secure page. An example site is: [login to view URL] If you add an item to the cart in the above shop and then click to checkout, you will notice that the cart is empty. We havent changed anything on the sites pages. We had our ISP do some things on the server to prevent hackers, but they supposedly reversed their changes. But the server is not carrying over the shop items. On this site: [login to view URL] the secure site is: [login to view URL]~tvp1com We need to be able to use this secure area for the checkout process and it was working properly up until about 7 days ago.
