Avatar Software for our GoAutodial 3.0 Dialer. Need option to load with pre-recorded recordings for call center agents which will be connected with our GoAutodial When a live call is connected with an agent, agent will work with the pre-recorded recordings and use the recordings as their sales pitch, rebuttals, closing the call etc. If needed agent can bring in a live supervisor in the call as well. Need an Avatar system built for GoAutodial , maybe others have terminology under a different name but basically the telephone agent presses numbers or bubbles on screen with preloaded text rather than speaking to carry out the call. This is within a Vicidial Asterisk environment if your not experienced please don't apply!
