I need a fairly basic site. I need to be able to upload images and visitors to the site need to be able to rate and comment on the images. Also users will need to be able to post thier own images in response. I'll want to post a one image everyday and have a seperate section for the top rated images. Again, this is a fairly basic site that I want to be easy to manage as well as user friendly. I need this up quickly and for a fair price. Thank you.
