I want translation of a C file to Pascal/Delphi.
The source file is about 1800 lines (with lots of comments, probably 1000 lines or less to translate).
Also part of the file is a sample program, do not translate that, please start at line 220.

It is for loading TTF fonts, please don't try to sugest other options, as this is for a particular project, and I'm not interested in using FreeType.
The final result should be a Delphi unit (that should be able to compile on Delphi, please try to avoid Free Pascal sintax).
