Asterisk-PHP project

I need VoIP integration in my php/mysql website and on some research I've decided Asterisk will be the way to go. My website needs to be able to do the following 1. At a specific, user-entered time of the day, place calls from a given list of numbers simaltaneously (upto 100). 2. Track and store who picked up the calls. 3. From those who picked the calls, play a pre-recorded message. This message is voice menu with two choices. 4. Track which users dial which number according to the menu. The project does not start immediately but I need your bids asap. These are the initial basic requirements for which I need your bids and timelines. There will be further phases later on. Interested coders only please who have some reference to previous similar experience. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
