assistance with Ubuntu 11 server virtualMin / WebMin small problem

After a repair some week ago the Server is hardened against [login to view URL] VirtualMin some default ports are changed, Making a new Virtualserver(website) an email is send to me as conformation. Thatt's ok. But the URL is not right. The passwords cannot be changed due to an error. The FTP connection is ok. but after logon the file /public_html/: No such file or directory. So in mine opinion something the rights are wrong. in one question i need help from an expert with skills for linux / ubunu version 11 and virtualmin. you must be a high score level above 3.5 to do business with [login to view URL] time for simple this job is 1 hour.
