As you will note from my profile I have the necessary skills and qualifications and practical business experience to complete this project. Project Request To assist you in drafting incorporation documents and liaise with authorities in Malaysia. Project Scope 1 Register your company name with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) on Form 13A. Processing Fee is 30RM (Ringgit Malaysia). 2 Gather the documents listed below and submit them to the SSM. i) A certified copy of the certificate of incorporation or registration of the foreign company i) A certified copy of your company's charter or another document that defines its constitution ii) A list of your company's directors. If one or more of the directors are Malaysian residents, specify what powers these directors have. Provide the information on the directors requested in Form 79 of the SSM iii) A Power of Attorney for one or more Malaysian residents authorizing them to accept notices from the Malaysian government iv) A statutory declaration by the company agent as described in Form 80 of the SSM v) Confirmation of Company Name as registered in (1) above. vi) Payment of Incorporation Fees (between 1000RM and 70000RM) 3 File a registration notice with the SSM providing your company's address in Malaysia.
