An agreement between Business owner and self employed hairdresser

would like the changes below to be included in the contract: - The contract to be renewed every 6 months - the employer receives 40% of payments made by customers and the freelance keeps 60% - The Freelance is responsible of his/her taxes - The freelance must own their own of equipment (the appropriate tools to cut hair) this excludes the work station containing chair and mirror and storage to keep equipment also excludes hair products - if the freelancer is not abiding by the terms and conditions, the business owner will give 30 days notice before terminating contract. - the freelance must work to the business opening times - the business owner will conduct performance reviews (supervision) every month - the freelancer must respect the low stimulant environment requirement whilst working on the shop floor.
