I require assistance in drafting a legal brief and case bundle for a disciplinary hearing and professional misconduct panel. I have documents, evidence and arguments drafted. I require some research to provide case law and to fact check arguments made. I need the brief to include the following points - contents, table of authorities, executive summary, opening statement, statement of facts, statement of the issues, closing statement, appendices including evidence in chronological order. Discretion is required as the subject matter contains personal medical information. A sound knowledge of UK employment law would be desirable but not essential.
