Copyright / ownership agreement

Hi All Bidders, Plan to add a service to our site [login to view URL] which let us buy apparel designs or other services (production & design related) from freelancers or professionals in the apparel business. The purchase of such service/design by us will be by others (sellers) login-in to our page, filling the appropriate forms, signing (or accepting) our terms and conditions and submitting their design / services to us for our evaluation. If we approve the design/service, then we will purchase the service/design against a certain amount of money (which will be fixed). We need from the interested bidders, whom should have a legal background, to give us the legal terms and conditions which will govern the deal between us and the prospective seller. Bear in mind, these terms and conditions should be "internationally" as the expected transaction(s) would not be restricted to any specific country. Thanks. Rgds, Khaled
