Calling the Leads and fixing appointment

We generate the leads for our business of Outsourced Bookkeeping. We provide bookkeeping and accounting services in USA from our office in India. The Linkedin Campaign, Google Adwords, our Website and variety of other means produce the leads for us. We need to call the Lead Contacts in USA, Explain our company features, answer the questions of Leads, and then after satisfying the client , fix the Skype/Telephonic appointment with the lead with our owner for conversion of lead into customer. We need someone from United States of America to do this Project. It will be ongoing Project. The calling will be low in the beginning and will pick up later.
