Customize Virtuemart

In my business, my clients come to me for a quotation based on parts that I want to display online using Joomla and Virtuemart. My clients send me a list of parts. I create a quotation using that list of parts and send it to the client. The client sends me an order number. I want someone to convert Joomla so that I can 1. Enter the User into the Customer data base. 2. Log in from front end as the administrator. 3. Find the User from a drop down list. 4, Create the Quotation which is a customized version of the Virtuemart order form 5 Print a PDF copy of the "Quotation" - I will supply copy of how it should look 6 At a later day - Find original Quotation 1 Add order number. 2 Add any special instructions 3 Print the invoice to PDF - Will look the same as Quotation but marked as "Invoice.
