Development of Joomla Component

Hello, We are after a seating component and ticketing system for our Gaming LAN Events. This will require a signup page, where users enter some details such as Alias etc. and then select an available seat on the floor plan. The floor plan will be customizable from an administration back end. Once the user has entered their details and selected a seat not occupied by another user they will be taken through to a payment page, where they will select between Paypal and POLi. Once the payment is made their seat will be confirmed and will now have their alias attached to it. This will mean that any users signing up from this point onwards will see where the prior users have seated themselves on the floor plan - via rollover text, relating to the users alias that they entered upon signup. There will also be a second view publishable to a single front end page of the seating map, this view will display the floor plan, which seats are available and what users [via rollover text] are seated in the taken seats.
