We are looking for a programmer to either alter or create a program to read a person's heart rate via webcam. this done through the isolation of the isolation of the green signal channel to detect 'flashes' of blood to the face, making heart rate measurable. Examples of this can be seen in the following open source projects and the code from there can be adapted:

We have already done a version of this ourselves. This function should then be able to be integrated into a java program to be run on a website. It should also be capable of outputting the results of the heart rate measurement into a csv format associating ID and result for further use in our databases.
