Use vuejs (vue-infinite-loading) plugin on existing project (read description first please)

The requirement for this task is Vuejs and not angular. But freelancer has only angular available. So keep this in mind.
This is NOT a project development. I am an experienced Laravel developer and I am working on my personal project.
What I want is an experienced vuejs developer that will setup vue-infinite-loading plugin as in this example --> [login to view URL]!/getting-started/hacker-news
The idea of the task is that I have a successfully implemented infinite loading but with jQuery not vuejs.
I have a timeline (like facebook) where I use infinite loading to fetch the posts. This works 100% with jquery, but as I said. I want this to be in vuejs instead.
For an experienced vuejs developer this is a 10min work.
The person that will take this task has to connect on my computer using teamviewer and we will talk throughout the process on skype.
The code is already provided. You just need to copy paste it and do the minimal changes to call the api that will fetch the posts... Please bid logically. 200$ for maximum 1 hour work is not logical!
