Use React Native to program my PNG Image -- 2

I need your hourly help working on recreating my web project in React Native using React components from this website from [url removed, login to view]
The project doesn't have to be functional. A back-end programmer will make it work in the future. Our job today is only to program this image in React Native/Javascript.
For example, the header on the project right now is a white PNG image. I need you to use React Native and the Material-UI React components to code the header instead of using an image.
I will provide you with all images necessary. You will create the page in React Native and deliver me the files so that this project can run on a browser. It is only for one page with very few components. See attached image to see the one screen we will be working on today.
This project should only take about 1 to 3 hours for skilled individuals. If you do a great job, you are guaranteed more work like this in the near future on a bigger project.
1. You must have experience with React Native.
2. You must share your screen with me via Hangouts/Skype (no audio needed)
