Hello,

Please see the below description of what is required by means of scripts in Google Sheets to retrieve information from Quickbooks Desktop (Enterprise edition.)

1) Auto populate Work Order information in Google Sheets

When a Work order is created in Quickbooks Desktop automatically create an entry in Google Sheets including the information below:

i. Work Order Number

ii. Customer Name

iii. Due Date

iv. Item Name

v. Item Description

vi. Item Quantity

When Work Order is Closed in Quickbooks, remove from Google Sheet.

2) Auto populate Work Order information in Google Calendar

When a Work Order is created in Quickbooks Desktop automatically create an entry in Google Calendar using the associated due date and information below:

i. Work Order Number

ii. Customer Name

iii. Due Date

iv. Item Name

v. Item Description

vi. Item Quantity

3) Auto populate Item information in Google Sheets

When a new Item is created in Quickbooks Item List automatically populate Google Sheets with the information below:

i. Item Name/Number

ii. Item Description

iii. Bill of Material Item(s)

iv. Bill of Material Item Quantity
