Rewriting HTML5 Version of our mobile application -- 2

We have a native IOS application to measure network speed. We need it to be rewritten in HTML5 again. We will supply speed testing codes as javascript so you do not need to code speed test logic. Important point is animations need to be as beautiful as our original app so please send proposal if you are good at that ;) Note: Video of app is at [login to view URL] Also, to prevent automatic messages, please start your proposal with "I watched the video." otherwise your offer will be ignored. Application will be wrapped for IOS, android and windows mobile by us after then.
