Complete authentication system for a mobile webapp

Front-end authentication system – I'm having trouble incorporating token authentication in the front end of my webapp. Tokens are correctly sent by the node api when logging in but my limited knowledge of angular 1.0 is making it difficult to figure this out.
I've attached two sample angular controllers – one which logs the user in and receives the token. The other makes a call to api which must be authenticated using that token. Please add the necessary code/files for this work. A global solution is preferred as many different calls will be made to the api that require authentication.
