Chrome Extension with logging in features and adding new elements to an existing form

Hi We are currently looking for a Google Chrome extension which adds extra features to an existing website by adding in various fields and logic to a submit form screen. This extension will need to have login features (in the form of a pop up, using a template already made from asp.net) to an existing database and only show the value added fields when the user is logged. The extension behaviour can be split into the following sections: 1. Allow users to login directly on the Chrome Extension using the appropriate security standards. If user needs to register or forgets their password, redirect them to an already made external website. 2. Add in various new controls onto an existing form template with the ability to update the retrieved data asynchronously using Ajax or other alternatives. E.g. drop down menus, search combo boxes, date time pickers, checkboxes etc. 3. Use a similar css style set as the original screen. 4. Be able to capture data entered onto the newly added fields and save to an external database when submitting the form There will be various logic that needs to be included after the fields have been added to the screen. If you can complete this job to our satisfaction, we can negotiate on hiring you to implement the various logic required for the screen and possibly to create the same extension in Firefox.
