Build a simple space simulator

The task is simple, and needs to be done in Unity 3D. Watching this youtube video might give you an idea of the task:

C# or Javascript is up to you, but preferably C#.

We need something similar, an object (spaceship) that can align and fly in a space close to big objects like planets or stars. With some simple GUI where you see the distance from each object in KM/AU like shown on the youtube video. Objects far away should also be selectable in the scene when they are in view range of the camera position just like in the youtube link or EVE.

There is no need to spend time on making the GUI look nice or anything like that. We're just out after someone that can create the logic behind the scene.

Textures and 3D objects are also not an issue, either we provide some, or you can choose freely from free resources. They will be changed at a later point anyway.

If the objects in the scene is created by one GameObject randomly when the scene launches, that would be a plus. So we can develop it to read the positions of planets from for example json files at a later point.

With good results you can also expect more tasks from us :)
